UT Counseling Education Students Receive Awards and Recognition

Counseling Education Students Win Ethics Competition

Recently, four of UT’s Counseling Education Master’s Students teamed together to compete in (and win) the American Counseling Association Ethics Committee. Although UT has had success in the past from doctoral students entering this competition (1st place in 2008), this marked the first year that a group of master’s students participated. The team consisted of Robin DuFresne, Jill Haar, Andy Intagliata, and Nicole Rybarczyk. Their winning essay will be published in an upcoming issue of the American Counseling Association’s VISTA 2013. Two of these students have since begun studying in the doctoral program here at UT, while the other two have joined the workforce in their field.

Congratulations to the team for all of their hard work!

The College of Graduate Studies would like to congratulate Tiffany on this honor!
